Energy saving projects with guarantee - EPC
We carry out energy saving projects with the EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) guarantee method, this includes the design of energy saving measures, their preparation and implementation, this includes providing project financing.
The contractually guaranteed savings in operating costs are monitored and assessed throughout the project’s life through the EnMS system. The financial savings achieved are used to repay the initial investment.
